How long does delivery take?: Orders are dispatched from Mumbai within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within India. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return the product after opening it?: For consumer safety and hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned. We do replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or short-shipped — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full eligibility criteria.
How do I know if M3 is right for me?: Browse the science page for the clinical evidence behind each ingredient. If you have a medical condition or take prescription medication, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting.
When will subscription delivery be available?: Subscriptions are coming soon. In the meantime, one-time purchases ship the same day. To be notified when subscriptions go live, sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of any page.
How do I cancel my order before it ships?: Email support@muscalarpro.com with your order number as soon as possible. If we receive the request before the order enters our dispatch queue, we'll cancel and refund in full.
