CELAGENEX RESEARCH (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED ("MUSCALAR PRO," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to your satisfaction with every order. This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund of MUSCALAR PRO M3 purchases. By placing an order on muscalarpro.com or any affiliated platform, you agree to the terms described below.
This Policy should be read together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
Overview
MUSCALAR PRO M3 is a sealed, ingestible dietary supplement. For reasons of consumer health, hygiene, and tamper-evident safety, we are unable to accept returns of opened products or products where the safety seal has been broken. We will, however, replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or short-shipped, subject to the conditions described in this Policy.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
You are eligible for a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
- Damaged on arrival: The outer packaging, primary container, or product seal is visibly damaged when delivered. Please do not consume the product. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product.
- Incorrect product: You received a product different from what you ordered. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery; we will arrange a free pickup of the incorrect product and dispatch the correct item at no additional cost.
- Missing items: One or more items from your order are missing. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the contents received.
- Expired or near-expiry product: The product delivered has expired or has fewer than 60 days of shelf life remaining at the time of delivery.
- Non-delivery: The tracking confirms delivery, but you have not received the order. Notify us within 7 days of the delivery date so we may investigate with our logistics partner.
Non-Returnable Situations
For the protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:
- The product seal has been broken, the bottle has been opened, or any capsules have been consumed.
- Change of mind, taste preference, or perceived lack of results within an individual customer's expected timeframe. MUSCALAR PRO M3 is a clinically formulated supplement and effects accumulate gradually over weeks to months of consistent use.
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients that were disclosed on the product label. We strongly encourage all customers to review the ingredient list and consult a qualified healthcare professional before purchase if they have known allergies or medical conditions.
- Damage that occurred after delivery, including storage damage, accidental damage, or tampering.
- Requests submitted beyond the timelines specified in the "Eligibility" section above.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To raise a request, please email support@muscalarpro.com within the eligibility windows specified above. Your email should include:
- Your order number (e.g. #MP-XXXXXX)
- The reason for the return or refund request
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging (for damage, expiry, or incorrect-product claims)
- A short description of the issue, including the date and time of delivery
Our customer care team will respond within one (1) business day with the next steps. For eligible cases, we will arrange a free reverse pickup through our logistics partner. Please keep the product in its original packaging and seal until pickup.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, or once a refund-only case is approved, we will initiate the refund within two (2) business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Refund timelines from initiation:
- UPI / Net banking: 3 to 5 business days
- Debit and credit cards: 5 to 7 business days
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 3 to 5 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: 7 to 10 business days via NEFT bank transfer; you will be asked to share your bank account details securely with our customer care team
Bank processing times are beyond our control. If you have not received the refund after the timeline above, please first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at support@muscalarpro.com with your order number and we will follow up with the payment gateway on your behalf.
Subscription Orders
For subscription-based orders, this Policy applies to each individual shipment. Subscription cancellations are governed separately:
- You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next charge date by logging into your account or contacting support@muscalarpro.com.
- Cancellations made after a charge has been processed but before dispatch will be refunded in full and the shipment cancelled, subject to the cancellation request reaching us before the product enters our dispatch queue.
- Cancellations made after dispatch are governed by the standard return eligibility rules above.
- No partial refund is offered for a multi-month supply that has already been delivered, unless the order is eligible under the "Eligibility for Replacement or Refund" section.
Quality Concerns
If you experience any quality concern that is not covered above — including but not limited to unusual taste, smell, colour, or texture of the capsules — please discontinue use immediately and contact support@muscalarpro.com. Each batch of MUSCALAR PRO M3 is tested for potency, microbiological safety, and contaminants; we take all quality reports seriously and will investigate every concern promptly.
Adverse Events
MUSCALAR PRO M3 is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you experience any adverse reaction, including but not limited to gastrointestinal discomfort, allergic symptoms, or any other unexpected effect, please discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional. You may also report the event to us at support@muscalarpro.com so that we may log it in accordance with our pharmacovigilance practices.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated and Effective" date. Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
